Just finished a wonderful fire & ice (sauna & cold plunge) private session with my wife. I surprised my wife for date night. We had a wonderful time connecting in the private room, going from the sauna to the cold plunge at our leisure.

I had one of the most peaceful and transformative times of my life here today! I booked the float and massage package and it was incredible. Staff was so kind and helpful. Cam gave me the best massage I’ve had in my life, and the float was incredible and indescribable. I’ve never felt more at peace and happy. By the end of everything, I felt like I had merged with the universe and the universe was soft as butter. For real, though. So meditative, relaxing, healing, and profound! I’m very grateful to everyone there and can’t wait to go back!

First experience with float therapy. Definitely a good place for your first experience. Open float space (in case you’re worried about feeling claustrophobic). Super friendly staff happy to answer questions and hear about your experience. Great tools accessible for pre entry and post treatment. Very unique and calming meditation room, with awesome tees and sports drinks.

First time floater as of a few weeks ago, and I’m hooked! I’ve made it a weekly self care practice to unwind and decompress. My float experiences have all been so different but beneficial all in their own way. Mostly helped with my back and neck pain and overall better mood and outlook on life. This place is perfect for relaxing, meditating, contemplating and overall just getting back to center. The owners have really thought of everything! (also a sweet art gallery-with inspiring art all over this place!) stop in to check it out! I’m sure you’ll love it too(:

This place is THE PLACE! The ambiance has a stellar zen vibe and the services are unmatched. They have an open concept float room if you feel like you would be claustrophobic in a pod. The fire and ice sessions are magical for sore muscles and a host of other benefits. If you’ve been hearing about the hype, check it out. True North Float nailed it! Grateful to have this facility in St. George

Even upon entering the front door, your overwhelmed with a sense of peace. It’s calming before you even begin a session.

After changing their business model, True North refused to refund me for a contract that was void. I was unable to get another float in before traveling to help care for a terminal family member, to which they responded like robots instead of humans.

Christian was so helpful. He knows so much about bodywork and natural healing. I’m looking forward to continued visits to augment my primary medical care with the many holistic services offered at True North. The 90 minute float is an absolute must.

I was able to float here at True North for being apart of the festival that they have coming up! This was my second experience here and it was so cool to be with myself in this sensory deprivation tank. I appreciate that this business is here and I al so excited for the Into the Void Festival!
