I got an acrylic design by Kevin and had to fix the design in less than 24 hours because it started chipping during a trip. Since Thursday at 6:30pm I’ve had 3 nails chip. I’ve been to this salon a couple times now, and I have never been disappointed in their service until today. I called this afternoon to see if they had any openings and she told me they could squeeze me in at 5:45. Wonderful. I walked in at 5:45 and I sat in the pedicure chair until 6:15. For 30 minutes, I did not have a single person talk to me besides the initial instructions to pick out my colors. They did not even fill my water bowl to soak my toes. After 30 minutes, I picked my stuff up and left. I appreciate them attempting to squeeze me in but it was a complete waste of my time. Just tell me if you’re too busy and I would have come in a different day.

I called on short notice to get an appointment, and the kind owner fit me in. My gel pedicure was perfection and lasted a long time! Nothing budged until it was time to remove the gel. So happy with the quality and the service. I’ll definitely return!

Fabulous service. Was looking for a place in town while on vacation and hesitated at the reviews that said they were reusing tools without cleaning first. Well, while I sat in the chair waiting on polish to dry, she took the tools and cleaned them, and scrubbed the chair foot bath. Super clean, no harsh smell!

Instead of making an appointment and driving 40 minutes to my regular nail place, I looked for something closer to home and I’m glad I did!! Hannah did my nails and they look fabulous!! Perfect length, perfect shape, and the COLOR!! I was having a hard time deciding and Hannah asked if she could suggest a color for me. Soooo glad she did!! I usually pick pale colors but I LOVE this RED!! First time I’ve relaxed while having my nails done as I always find a spot missed or something I don’t like. Not this time!! I’m picky but Hannah is meticulous!! I really liked the atmosphere too…low key with soothing music in the background made my time here so relaxing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Hannah!! I’m going to try the pink & white ombre next time! 🙂

Positive: QualityOk so after going to dud after dud I decided to try one more nail shop before giving up on paying for professional services. I had scheduled an appointment but completely missed my time. Thankfully they were able to schedule me for a later date. Both women I spoke with were extremely kind and personable. It’s now almost two weeks later and other than growth my nails look like they were just done! Dip is expensive and supposed to last bit up until now, I hadn’t found a place who could deliver the quality I paid for! Ok so after going to dud after dud I decided to try one more nail shop before giving up on paying for professional services. I had scheduled an appointment but completely missed my time. Thankfully they were able to schedule me for a later date. Both women I spoke with were extremely kind and personable. My nail artist had great attention to detail, and corrected all her small mistakes as she went instead of blowing them off or trying to rush. She really took the time to do a great job and I’m so thankful for that. Will be going back!
