So I checked online to verify if an appt was needed. I get to the shop and the guy asks if I had an appt. “If no appt I cant help you.” Business door and site says walk ins welcome. First impressions mean a lot, my impression is they offer selective service.

I was very disappointed with my nails on this visit. Tammy, who usually does an exceptional job, didn’t provide her best service. I had to reschedule my appointment on Friday to Sunday due to a family emergency. When I got there, she did not get started until 3pm because she worked on 2 customers before me. I scheduled with her per her instruction if she was to do nail designs. I came with a picture of an idea of what I wanted and it looked my 4-year-old niece designed my nails. I won’t be back. It was awful.

I recently went here for the first time and it’s been two weeks and my nails were ready to come off so i soaked them in pure acetone and they will NOT come off. i’ve used other techniques but all i can say is the women who did my nails used WAY TOO MUCH GLUE!!! never going again.

Critical: ProfessionalismI waited patiently 2 hours on my preferred tech. I also needed a brow wax. I waited in line patiently on that as well. I didn’t get my eyebrow service because an appointment was before me. Mr. Frank’s wife insisted servicing me, because she knew I had been waiting , but he would not let her do my brow wax even after my 2 hr wait. It would have been nice if the owner would have been a little more professional. If a person comes in for a eyebrow wax, or multiple services it would be nice to be put in line accordingly for that particular service. The owner’s wife and Jerry are great people, who offers great customer service and has for years.This is constructive criticism that I hope is used to better the experience for customers. Went in to get the Dip because my normal place was booked up. I have been getting dip for over 3 years. The lady was really nice, however, she used the led light for the dip. I thought “ok, maybe they do it different here” I did a little research on my own because after 3 days, my nails were chipping. What I read stated that if you get the dip, the led light should never be used for this very reason. I will not return because I spent $50 for something that only lasted 3 days! The only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because the people were nice.
