Been going to this shop for awhile now. They use to be good but lately the nails do not stay on, the whole nail just pops off. I decided to give them one more try with dip instead of acrylic, for my cruise. TERRIBLE decision. It took 3 hours and $ 100 for pedicure and nails, the next day one broke off right before leaving for the airport, I called to see if I could stop by to get it fixed really fast and they said to come by on 2 hours. Don’t have two hours to wait!!! Don’t waste your time or money in this shop.

I have been here before to get my nails and my brows done and they’ve been ok enough to get a quick manicure or an eyebrow wax, I walk in today I say I need to get my brows waxed, they said to sit and wait, ok sure. A girl comes out trying to pay for her nails and only after she heard me wanting to get a wax she said to me and the people around oh I need to get mine down too AFTER I WAS ALREADY THERE WAITING, they take her back first just because she was getting her nails done there and I wasn’t, she decide to get her brows done only after I said I was. Ok so I waited, so you think I should go in now but oh no another girl comes from the back AGAIN after I was already there waiting, because she was getting her nails done and they take her back before me but I was there waiting to get my brows done before both of them. When I went to ask and say hey I’ve been here waiting they said well because these girls were getting their nails done so they get a priority… UM EXCUSE ME? what type of a concept is that? Absolutely unacceptable and rude to make someone else a priority even though I was waiting BEFORE THEM.

Very disappointing. I was a long time customer. Then starting to charge me 3% credit card fees—-it’s a cost of your business. Telling me to bring cash next time. Leads me to think they’re operating under the table. I won’t be back. Acrylic nails, Nail painting, Pedicure, Waxing

I called to see if they were available for a pedicure and soak off as I had acrylics on and need them off , I get there I get seated there’s no issue . However when I said I need a soak off a man looks at my hands and says “they’re new ” I responded with “yes I’ve had them for a week or two and need them off” , and he practically rips off the acrylic nail on my pinky with a acrylic tip and proceeds to ask me “how is that ” when I responded it hurt he looked annoyed and grabbed a bowl of and told me to put my phone away so it didn’t fall which again no problem I understand, but when putting it to the side of me with my wallet and keys he proceeds to say “just give me your phone ” and puts it away from me . My hands were in the bowl for an hour until I complained that it was starting to burn . My nail beds are ruined , and are hurting constantly since yesterday when I left . This used to be a decent place but never will I be going back , I suppose you get what you pay for . The pedicure was rushed & sloppy .

This is by far the worst experience ever! I was at this facility for a total of 3 hours getting a pedicure and a full set. I told the woman doing my nails that the polish on the feet wasn’t drying and it clumped up. Offered to take money off but still charged me the same amount. This was not a good customer experience and I would never recommend no1 here. I’ll be sure to post this on my community FB page also.

I am very disappointed. I decided to give this place another try and boy was I wrong. They have lost it most of the workers are rude. Went to get my nails done was told 20 mins wait took 1 1/2 hrs. Then I sat n arguing with the owner husband as to how I wanted my nails. The refill started wrong as he picked at my nails before he filled. It hasn’t been two weeks and one of my nails he picked off to fill has now has a fungus. Went to get them soak off and again the husband is arguing with me I’m telling me I’ll take them off with out soaking them. And he was being rough and said I should go to someone else. At this point I have 3 nails with fungus and they said it’s my fault. The nails are default for you to get off and it’s my fault I have infected nails. I won’t recommend. Terrible customer service and they never want to admit it’s their fault. Can’t imagine what my other nailed look like
