I went inside and they were full and that should’ve been my first sign to leave. Next they took over an hour doing my toes and after that she proceeded to do my nails and I showed her a picture of how I wanted them. They came out the exact opposite they were not the shape I preferred. She did my French and tried to make my French so thick I asked her to make it thinner and she did and then you were able to see where the tip was added. This is not my usual nail salon and I am very disappointed with the final acrylic manicure I was given. Also my sisters nails chipped within a week, the dip process was done so incorrectly. The wonderful Jennifer! It was humorous and a terrific experience for me because I had never had my nails done before. She repeatedly inquired if I was wounded while showing patience. I felt at ease the entire time, and the location was clean. Throughout the process, she kept asking if I was happy. There were a lot of polite and competent people there. I went after reading some great reviews, and I wholeheartedly concur! As soon as we arrived, they welcomed us and offered us food or drinks. They were extremely gracious and accommodating! They treated us like family even though we had no appointment. They did a great job on our nails! The entire staff is charming and entertaining, which improves the experience as a whole. It wouldn’t be possible without them, and now we’re new pals! Our nails look wonderful, and we feel great! Now that we’ve found it, we’ll go there for manicures anytime we need them.

My entire satisfaction with the nail care here has been earned. The staff was very kind, and my nails looked great. Even though they were busy, I was seated in less than 5 minutes. It was exactly what I wanted, with excellent service and multilingual staff. All of the girls are incredibly sweet, the atmosphere is relaxing, and they go above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my nails at every stage. high-quality customer service I traveled from another area of the city for my manicure (which I had previously received at another salon), and every member of the staff with whom I had contact was amiable and knowledgeable in their roles.
