Nurse Liz is AMAZING! After botched lip injections at a different place I decided to really look for the perfect person. It look me a year and an hour drive, but I found Nurse Liz. She really listens to what you want and is so knowledgeable. My lips are perfect. She took her time and made sure to shape them and work on getting my top lip to show. I was nervous as the pain was unbearable at the original place I went to, but this time i barley felt anything. The numbing cream she uses is so good along with techniques to keep your mind elsewhere. She also let me know what she was doing and communicating the entire time. Can’t wait to go back. The entire staff at True Med are so nice and welcoming. Wish I would have found this place years ago.

Patty is beyond amazing. She is is my new go-to for botox and fillers. She spent a lot of time making me comfortable and ensured she was injecting the most favorable areas so I would look my best. I went to true Medspa for a hydra facial with Katelyn D. It was a most pleasurable experience. Katelyn was very professional, thorough, and pleasant. She also did a micro blading procedure on my eyebrows. I could not be more pleased with the results. Nurse Liz is so knowledgeable and will answer any and all questions you have. I had a lot of questions during my first Botox injection and she was so patient and caring. She talked me through the procedure and it turned out great. I love that I had a two week follow-up so she could check-in with me.

Patty does a wonderful job with my Botox ! She takes her time and listens to where my concern areas are. She doesn’t push to do more than what YOU need. In my case, I go for a more “natural” look and I definitely don’t feel over done. Just enough to my liking. I highly recommend Patty for anyone considering Botox. I’m so glad they’re expanding over to the Naperville area !

I have been going to True Medspa for over a year. I see Taylor for my monthly facials/HydraFacials and she is phenomenal. She listens to my concerns, makes suggestions, but I never feel pressured to purchase products or services. Recently, I started coming here for injections with Liz. She is amazing!!!! For my initial appointment with her, she did some Botox and we discussed concerns I was having with areas Botox could not treat. She suggested RHA redinsity for the areas and a couple weeks later I decided to go for it! During the treatment she was very meticulous, taking her time. My results are amazing and completely natural, which is exactly what I wanted. I will continue to see both gals and I highly recommend anyone at True Medspa to address your skincare/aging needs!
