Absolutely loved my Diamond Glow facial here!! Avery did it, and she was awesome! It was very relaxing, and my skin felt AMAZING! It’s been so dry lately, and I definitely needed it. The space is all very clean, beautiful and welcoming! Their pricing is awesome, I am so thankful I found them. The owner is also friendly, caring, and made me feel very welcomed. I’ve also had my lashes done by Ashanti, and she’s the best of the best. 100% would recommend True, they’re the best medical spa in Utah. Can’t wait to come back!

I love this spa. I have had a couple diamond glow facials here and they are amazing. I love working with Avery. She is so gentle and detail oriented. She does a great job educating me and explaining how the service will help my skin. She is very educated about all of the products they sell and helped me find the perfect cocktail for my skin. Nothing but greatness at the True Medical Spa! All the staff is amazing and all make you feel so important when you walk (or call) into their beautiful spa! It’s always very clean and inviting. I have received Diamond Glow Facials and Lash lifts from Natalie and Avery, both of which, are some of my favorite people. Natalie has done a great job being an aesthetician, later taking a role in management, which she is great at also. Avery always takes the time to get to know her clients, and takes time in making sure they are happy with their results. She does a beautifully amazing job on a lash lift.. let me tell you!! Never have I walked out unsatisfied, even at the slightest. I highly recommend this spa to anyone and everyone.

I LOVE this Spa!! Everyone here has been so kind! I was nervous doing my first procedure, and they made me feel so comfortable! They took the time to explain in detail what was happening & to address my questions and fears! My lashes by Ashanti are perfection, and my lip filler removed 10 years with the lip filler with Abby! That’s not to say that I am not grateful to everyone else there! If you have questions, concerns, or even fears but are curious take the time to call them! I am literally sticking with them for all of my services!!! Thank you ladies!!!

I absolutely LOVED going here. My then boyfriend now husband got a deal from them where I got 4 services for free. I had no idea what to expect or had even heard of them. I went in and every single treatment was amazing. I got a diamond glow which after looked amazing my father inlaw kept trying to tell me it looked really good without making me uncomfortable I even came back and only did the diamond glow and no makeup for my wedding! I had no idea what to do for skin care and Sydney who did all of my treatments except one told me what products to use and even once that where cheap that weren’t there products because she knew I couldn’t afford it and just wanted good looking skin. After my experiences here I saved up and bought all my facial stuff from here and still use them today

Paige is an excellent NP she did my first ever Botox and while relaxing my forehead she left just the right amount of ability to emote, so my child can still read my facial expressions. True Medical has a calm classy feel. All the staff I have interacted with have been kind friendly and answer all my questions. BOTOX treatments
