Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI had my first ever facial done yesterday with Kali, and Oh. My. Goodness. It was perfect! I was a little nervous having never gotten something like this done, but wanted to treat myself. Kali was kind, welcoming, and made me feel so comfortable. She treated me like a Queen and I felt like we were best friends. The environment was incredibly relaxing, the whole experience was wonderful and my skin was glowing all day! I’ll be back for sure. I had my first ever facial done yesterday with Kali, and Oh. My. Goodness. It was perfect! I was a little nervous having never gotten something like this done, but wanted to treat myself. Kali was kind, welcoming, and made me feel so comfortable. She treated me like a Queen and I felt like we were best friends. Marisa gave a great deep cleaning of my pores and made me so relaxed! Natsumi is a great massage therapist and has helped relieve any pain in my neck or back for years now. Natsumi is a great massage therapist and has helped relieve any pain in my neck or back for years now. She listened to my concerns and helped me find products to meet my needs concerning my skin. I feel that she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and able to relax.
