I searched and searched Roseville and surrounding areas until I found this salon with all it’s excellent reviews and made my appointment. That was about six years ago and I have never been so happy with my hair. Liliane is the best and she runs a top-notch salon with a team of professional and fun stylists to make us all look our best. At the age of 39 I thought bad haircuts was just my life and luck. I would research what to say and always had a pic. I always walk out saying, “Well, it’ll grow out”. I traveled to Roseville looking for a place where I could maybe walk out of a salon happy and confident. It could happen!? After much searching and review reading I decided to give True Image Salon a try. I will never go anywhere else ever again. My daughter and I drive 1hr 30min to have our hair cut here. It’s worth every minute of drive time and no matter how high gas prices get I will continue to commute to this salon. I can’t believe I finally found a place I can trust and put my confidence in.

This salon is the best of the best. It is so beautiful inside, the gorgeous chandeliers and matching color scheme are professional, clean and appealing. From the moment you walk in you feel that you will be pampered!! My stylist is Mallory and she is absolutely WONDERFUL. She is so talented with blondes, balayages and highlighting. I have been seeing her for a while now to get my hair done and I always leave feeling so beautiful and my hair always looks so healthy and amazing. I came in with very very dark almost black hair, and she was able to bring me to a beautiful copper color without risking the integrity of my hair. I am now in the process of having her take my hair bright blonde and I am so impressed with her care for my hair’s health. I also love the JBeverlyHills hair care line which this salon exclusively uses and carries since it is a concept salon. Mallory always points out the products that she uses on me as well, and teaches me how to use them at home. She always gives me gorgeous beachy waves and is such a talented stylist. You can really tell she puts so much effort into making you look gorgeous. She is so kind, and I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Mallory if you are thinking about stopping in to this salon. Regardless of who you go to, this salon is wonderful and I 10/10 recommend this place!

I’m not sure what their strategy is, staffs are extremely nice for sure but they gave me a new hairdresser for my first time visit. My friend laughed at my hair bcuz My hair was uneven, I wasn’t there for an uneven haircut and I felt so embarrassed. A good hairdresser should know what to deal with different hair, obviously she don’t know how to deal with Asian hair. So I never go back.

Got a trim on the end of my hair and cleaned up the layers. Bilee did a good job. Products smelled good and the owner was very polite and nice. She stopped by and greeted me at my chair which I really appreciated and she also gave me a sample of a product at the end which was also very nice. Haircut
