Really bad customer service. I walked in and nobody acknowledged I was there. I waited at the front for someone to help. After waiting 10 minutes I decided to sit down and wait. Still nothing. Walked out after waiting 20 minutes, still nobody asked me what services I wanted etc. I even stopped by on Thursday to ask if I needed an appointment and a worker there said I could just walk in. Normally when you walk in a nail salon, you are greeted or asked what services you need regardless of how busy they are. Will not be back and wasted my time.

I love my pedicure and manicure the first time I came here, that I had to come back. The young lady Tee or Tia did it the first time and again this time. If I could give 0 stars I would. I just had the WORST experience at this establishment. Please, do not go to this place of business, if you care anything about service towards others. This is my first time ever writing a review, so that just goes to show that type of experience I had. I left in tears because I have never felt so violated. When I walked in an older male with glasses who sits at the very front table asked me what I would like to have done. I stated I would like to have a pedicure and acrylic nail removal (soak off), he didn’t respond, he just looked away and continued to work on his customers manicure quietly. I sat down and proceeded to wait. About 7-10 minutes after waiting, he began to speak very loudly to his customer saying, “I don’t know why they come in here thinking they can just sit down and we’re supposed to drop everything and wait on them and without making an appointment” (this is of course not verbatim). As he is saying this, he is making eye contact with me the entire time. It was very clear he was saying this for my benefit and I was not welcome. Mind you, I don’t understand what the issue was with me being a walk in, because on their window it says “WALK INS WELCOME.” I have never been treated like this before in my life, my feelings were very hurt and all I could do was walk out. I pray others see this post so that they know not to patronize their business.

I just started going to this salon after moving to this area. I have had excellent service. Christine has done my nails twice and they are fabulous. She is so kind and sweet and so accommodating. I had a pedicure by Dan as well, very good, very nice, great job. Making appointments is easy and the salon is extremely clean and I would recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely horrible experience. If I could give them negative stars I would. Worst experience we have ever had at any nail salon. I got acrylics with shellac. Within an hour of leaving the shop my nails were bubbling. I went back and they redid my nails. A few days later the nails started to fall off or chip and bubble. Obviously a horrible manicure. Went back in to have them redo my nails and they charged me again. The customer service was atrocious. They literally could not care a less about thier customers. I don’t know how they stay in business.

HORRIBLE. They DISCRIMINATE . When my sister and I walked in the lady didn’t even want to greet us. She continued to tell us that the wait would be extra long( which nobody was waiting) she said the same exact thing the previous day. When we asked if we could put our name down or make an appointment she told us no. It was very clear that we were not welcomed at this shop.

I wish I could invert this 1 star and place a circle around it converting it into a Pentagram…. because the service here sucks if it wasn’t for the guy who did my pedicure. Let me start off by saying when you go in there everybody is on some type of device the place could be cleaner the carpet was filthy that is my first impression and after getting my pedicure I wanted a design so the guy got one of the females to do it and she came over asking what colors did I want and started going on base coat and then the Polish back-to-back without letting it dry so therefore it started to bubble and look nasty and she says you don’t worry the design will cover that up Really? She’s was rushing me as if she had another client the design was awful so I said I don’t like it remove it she messed up one of the other toenails and didn’t fix it then she place the base coat and then two coats right back to back without allowing them to dry I walk over to the light and I see them bubbling and I get agitated and then I asked her to come and look at it and she says look at what and she was right behind me and I said you can’t see my toes from there the man who did my pedicure redid her work and without even asking repaired the one that she got some other polish on. I wouldn’t go here if I had a free coupon I wouldn’t go here if I was taking my dog they will never have to worry about me coming back North sending any other business their way….. and they should remove out of the window spa pedicure because you’re not getting a spa pedicure

The man that works at the door is awful, he did a rush job on me. Nails was all uneven not professional at all very clumpy work will never go their again. Would not repair or try to fix them when I went back to complain polish wasnt good a whole day. Don’t care about how you feel. – A STAR need to go out of business.
