Positive: QualityI have been a client at True Health for a year now and let me just say – it’s AMAZING. Amazing isn’t even enough to describe it. They have affordable specials and deals all the time. Both of the massage therapists (Shanna and Anny) are super sweet and care so much for their clients. They even called me to ask how my husbands surgery went! I have been a client at True Health for a year now and let me just say – it’s AMAZING. Amazing isn’t even enough to describe it. They have affordable specials and deals all the time. Both of the massage therapists (Shanna and Anny) are super sweet and care so much for their clients. They even called me to ask how my husbands surgery went! It is always a nice experience – I nearly pass out from how relaxed I am.

Update 4/15/22… I didn’t understand why they only had 3.8 stars, now I do. First of all Shanna’s not there anymore, I decided to try another therapist, they canceled my appointment today as I was in the parking lot. Now granted I understand things happen, she had car trouble. However, this is the third or fourth time they’ve done that to me last minute. I will not be renewing my membership/package.

Thomas was absolutely amazing! He is incredibly knowledgable and taught me so much about simple body movement, muscle movement, and techniques to release physical stress at home and throughout the day. He was incredibly professional and kind, very personable and his talent stands alone. I have had several massages in my life but he is a true master, and I cannot wait to see him again! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, I loved this experience and can’t wait to visit again.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have NEVER written a review on here but I have seen poor ratings and I want to say I have had the complete opposite experience. When I initially scheduled my appointment everything went fluidly. I had to reschedule due to COVID and the response time was extremely prompt and easy (I was responded to within 1 day and seen within 1 week). Even with restrictions with couples massages because of COVID, my purchase will be accommodated with two separate appointments. Anny is so kind and an amazing masseuse. She worked wonders on my neck and shoulders and overall gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. I had a wonderful experience with True Health and Wellness Center. Anny was a great therapist. I like the recommendation she had for continued self care and treatment for me. I know its a good massage when I am able to become so relaxed I somewhat fall asleep. I look forward to becoming a regular customer of Anny’s. I highly recommend seeing her.

I have been seeing Annie for over two years. I started seeing her as part of a Groupon package and have been going back ever since. She gives fantastic massages and is one of the best masseuse I have seen. Yes, there are some language barriers with the man at the front desk but hardly enough to cause issues if you’re patient. I highly recommend her if you are in need of a good massage.

Purchasing the couples massage through Groupon was the only easy part of this whole experience. I received a call 3 days before my appointment and the man who barely speaks English tells me they have to cancel because of “electrical problems”. I asked to reschedule and he said he couldn’t at the moment and he “promised” he would call back to reschedule. I didn’t buy it for a minute so I went in to the establishment that day. Low and behold, there didn’t seem to be electrical issues. The elderly man then comes up with another fabricated story about how Anny had been very sick and that’s why they had to cancel, all while still unable to reschedule. Fast forward a week and a half and still never received a call to reschedule but got an email thanking me for coming in for a massage! Fortunately my bank was able to refund the money. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my girlfriend and instead turned into a headache and an embarrassment. I’m sure the actual massage experience is great but their customer service is horrible. Avoid this place at all costs!

I bought the couples massage on groupon and could not be happier with the whole experience. Scheduling was easy and I was able to get a session right away. Anny was my massage therapist and she has a gift. Best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had, very healing.
