Lucia Torres of Luci Torres Ink is incredibly talented! To use the term “perfectionist” is an understatement. She takes great care to make sure everything is just perfect before even starting! This is so important with permanent makeup. Probably the most difficult part! I’ve had Luci do my ombre eyebrows and most recently, my lips. I saw Luci Torres and I got ombré powdered brows and wow she just did so amazing and they look great. With having very light and sparse eyebrows I’ve always struggled doing my make up.
