Critical: Professionalism, QualityReceived a haircut which was a lot shorter than I wanted and a different style than the inspiration picture that I showed. The cut was very choppy at the ends and very uneven. I went to a different salon to have it fixed as i did not feel comfortable going back and was told it would take 6-12 months to completely fix. Attempted to call the salon twice and was told the owner would call back to discuss and got no response either time. Giving 1 star because the salon is very clean, and friendly. Received a haircut which was a lot shorter than I wanted and a different style than the inspiration picture that I showed. The cut was very choppy at the ends and very uneven. I went to a different salon to have it fixed as i did not feel comfortable going back and was told it would take 6-12 months to completely fix. She was attentive to what we were looking for and she definitely pulled it off with flying colors! I was scheduled with Ginny and she was absolutely amazing! From her sweet personality, to her taking her time with my hair and understanding my trauma experiences with hair stylists. I usually don’t notice a huge difference after a trim but I feel like a new person! Ginny was so great and I will definitely be back to see her!This was my first time at True Colors.
