I have used this place several times and they have done a good job. I liked them but they are expensive and more than once have tried to do my manicure while I was getting my pedicure. The last time I had enough. They seemed frustrated when I said I didn’t want this (not the nail tech – she was sweet). I am not typically a complainer and I don’t generally do reviews but I am not paying to contort myself so the nail tech can stand next to me and do the manicure and then get dirty looks because I finally (when they got to the polish) said no They weren’t closing and they had plenty of staff. No thanks – time to find a new nail salon

I got a gel manicure with rounded shape nail, white painted French tip. (I know white painted is a little more $ but still seems pricy) and was charged: $110 when they saw I was unsettled about that, they told me they would only charge me $100.

I had a lovely first time experience here. This is easily the most professional nail salon I have been to before. I love that they are open on Sundays and have extremely clean set-up and services. I was greeted by a woman at the door who soaked my nails and was very friendly and gave me tips. I waited only a moment before I was assisted by a gentleman who did a fantastic job on my dip powder manicure, my only thought was that he could have been gentler with the treatment of my cuticles with both the Dremel and filing, but this is common at many places and I tend to be more sensitive. He was informative, pleasant, and efficient though and that is of much greater importance to me!

I am not totally pleased specially about the quality for the price. It is higher than others around, and yet the service is not better. I had a regular mani & pedi & even though I did not expect it to last for monts or even weeks, I did NOT expect it to last less than 24 hours either. I am honestly disappointed. 1st the person that did my pedi I could tell was a beginner working there. I knew it and even so I decided to give her a chance and even though it was not the best, she did okay. The mani was done by a man. He seemed to be good and all, but I know he could have cleaned my cuticles way better as I had not had a mani in over a year and I know for sure I needed a little more detail (I know because I have also worked as a mani & pedi tech) Anyway, I just let it go and paid $50 for the service. But less than 24 hous and my nail polish is already chipping off. Having high prices I would expect them to carry better quality nail polish. I am very upset and definitely NOT recommending this place whatsoever.

Great job! Lots of patience, very serene and smooth flow didnt have to really wait for service i already had acrylic tips on which they don’t do but they worked with me still and rejuvenated my tips. They also did a great job waxing my eyebrows and did gel for my friend who was also very happy! Worth the drive (From tristate NY visiting a friend)

I really liked this place until my last visit. When you go To get your nails done you would hope for a peaceful experience. Started with a pedicure from hell as the lady was first off rushing and slamming things. She was filing my toes so fast I had to tell her to stop and slow down. She then whispers under her breath in Spanish every 2 minutes. She kept coughing and had a stuffy nose. If you are sick and cant work STAY HOME. Don’t ruin an experience for someone who is paying $30 for a pedicure!! Then i had a gel set on that i needed removed. Normally when I’ve gone into salons, i don’t t get charged for the removal. Nowhere on the price list does it say gel removal fee. When i go to pay, they charged me $15 to remove my nails. Wow im still speechless about this. Best part is wasn’t even told about the whole time. Obviously at the end once its done, nothing you can do. So disappointed in my experience, never going there again!!

Amazing quality and service. After moving from GA and having a broken nail on a Sunday last minute, I was having a hard time finding a place that would take a walk-in I called True Color. Connie was super accommodating and understanding of my situation. She gave me an appointment for 20-30 minutes later. The tech I had was super informative and explained why gel was better than my current acrylic nails. He was able to repair my nails and update them. Connie even discounted due to my wait which was not even long. I will definitely be back in the near future.

I’ve been going to True Colors for as long as they’ve been around. Let me start by saying, as a licensed cosmologist, cleanliness is my first priority when picking a nail place and they are the cleanest in the area since they use disposable tools. The manager Connie knows literally every single costumers name it’s crazy. Every single staff member is so friendly and makes you feel so welcome and comfortable! The services are fantastic. I always treat myself to one the the spa pedicures and each time I have a luxury experience. As a hair dresser my hands are constantly in water and my gel manicures easily last 2 weeks which is crazy for me. I personally usually have Jenny do my pedicures because she’s awesome and gives a fantastic massage but I’ve had multiple people work on me and everyone is excellent. I’ve never had one complaint and I’ve been coming here for sooo many years. Basically if you’re deciding between true colors and other nail places in the area hands down I’d always picks true colors spa. I refuse to go anywhere else since you hear so much about people getting infections and funguses but never at true colors! Love them!!

Everyone at the salon is courteous and pleasant. They always have a high number of staff working so there is little wait time. Pedicures are excellent, gentle and enjoyable. Manicures are also well-done. Prices are competitive and everything is a good value.
