Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe old lady which did my purple nails on the left did a horrible job! I could of literally let my niece do my nails for the $30 I’ve spent. A younger lady that did my blue nails on the right, did a great! But after this time, I won’t be going back. She was really nasty and tried to snatch my card out my hand and yelled out “PIN number” for me to say my pin out loud for the other 5 people to hear. She was terrible and Made my experience feel worthless. I advise y’all to go somewhere out Maryland for better service cause this little shop isn’t it! The old lady which did my purple nails on the left did a horrible job! I could of literally let my niece do my nails for the $30 I’ve spent. A younger lady that did my blue nails on the right, did a great! But after this time, I won’t be going back. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe nail salon was dirty.. people had no mask on not even the the workers!! During a pandemic this was unacceptable! The lady did a horrible job … I paid $75! My nails are shaped like an egg! I complained over and over again but they all acted like they didn’t understand English! I would like to report this place for safety reasons. When I first got there it was empty and the workers had on a mask but after they started my nails people walked in with no mask .. the workers took off their mask and it clearly said a mask was required on the door. I’ve lost several of friends and family from COVID-19.. I would never come back to that place! I normally go to the salon on Alabama avenue by the giant. I gave this place a chance because it was closer to my house… BAD IDEA! My nails look terrible! The glue from my eyelashes is heavy around my eyelids.. Overall 0 stars… I should have left and I highly regret that now! The nail salon was dirty.. people had no mask on not even the the workers!! During a pandemic this was unacceptable! The lady did a horrible job … I paid $75! My nails are shaped like an egg!
