Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWhen performing a cut & color, Ashley had undertaken the process of moving my mother to a graceful silver. She has had no professional work done before and has been looking after her own hair for years. As you know, this means the coloring process won’t be easy and may take a few treatments. Unbeknownst to the client, Ashley did inform my mother nor do a test strand to see how the product would react or take on the hair. Little to say it not come out well with her quickly backtracking and asking other stylists in the salon for help. The grey dye looked more like splotchy with bad coverage and no blending. The next day, she reached out to her for touch-ups with her acknowledgement of fault. This was after charging her the full price and giving no discount for the botched service. When speaking to the manager, Billy, she was less than enthused to service us help. After having to give another follow up call, we were able to get a very small partial refund. She accounted for the amount being used in the cost of product to dye. Any service industry knows that the cost of the mistake falls entirely on the salon and not the client.
