Kayla does amazing work! I get full body massages from her and she really listens. I suffer from planters facitis and she keeps it at bay better than the podiatrist’s cortisone shots. When she knows I have strenuous tree climbing or a 5k, she makes sure to get me in afterwards for a quick leg session so my muscles don’t have a chance to tighten up too much. She has offered great stretching advice as well. Kayla is a great person!

Josiah is an amazing massage therapist. Always very professional, I always feel comfortable with him. The deep tissue massage relieves my back pain, he always finds all the little muscles you don’t even know need attention until he’s done. I travel 25 minutes each way to see Josiah twice a month and he’s worth every minute of the drive
