I have been seeing Heidi S. at True Beauty for the last three months (sugar brow wax). Heidi is always able to set my appointments in advance and for the times that work best for me. She pays quality attention to my brows and is a true professional in her work. My brows have never looked better and she is very gentle with a tweezer!! While I don’t use Heidi for any other service, I would trust her 100%. Please see Heidi at True Beauty- she’s been in the field for many years and her experience is above and beyond others. AMAZING!!! If you need waxing/sugaring or laser hair removal Heidi is the one to see. I have been seeing to Heidi since 2007 and will follow her everywhere. In fact when the shop she was at closed down during the pandemic I lost track of her. I would not go anywhere else and was disappointed. However by some miracle I found her again recently and my husband and I could not be happier. She is wonderful and it is obvious that hair removal is an art form to her and she will ensure that you are satisfied.

I had never really considered getting a Brazilian wax or Brazilian laser treatment of any kind before because I just felt like I didn’t have the “guts” to do it! Talk about putting yourself in a vulnerable position!!!! Then I came to True Beauty Med Spa and I met Heidi….. actually just for a brow wax, which she did a phenomenal job at! But not waxing…sugaring, which I had never heard of. It was quick and painless and all of her expertise shows! Then we started talking about hair in other places and she gave me a quick sample of what the laser is all about. Heidi is so kind and I left there feeling better about myself than when I arrived. Not a lot of people make others feel that way, she is truly one of a kind!

I will start by saying that sugaring is amazing! I have never looked back, except for one time I had to get a wax on account of a time crunch and it. was. horror. ALWAYS sugar, and ALWAYS book with Heidi. Not only is she incredibly attentive to detail and an incredible professional (so important when you’re…you know…pants down knees up), she is someone who ultimately makes this experience actually not suck. And in the results are AMAZING! So shiny 😉 I have been going to Heidi for almost 2 years now and I will always recommend her confidently! (Which is exactly how I feel with my results…totally confident!).
