I was on vacation and tweaked my back. I chose True Balance Massage based on the reviews I read. Brenda was fantastic and very professional. She listened to what I had to say about the symptoms I had and was able to work the muscles enough that they loosened up just enough so that I was able to stretch out using the stretching techniques Brenda recommended. By the next day, I was almost 90% and was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation. Would I go to True Balance again. Yes I would. If only I lived closer. Thank you so much.

Brenda was not there, but I called hoping to get an appointment for the following day. Instead, she changed her own plans to come into her office and take great care of me. That she did!!My wife and I drove to Ridgway two hours later to enjoy the outdoor, live music and I experienced no discomfort or cramping at all – NONE! I must remind myself that maintenance is the key, and “too busy” is not a good policy for being able to perform at my best level. After months of being “too busy” to get help with that knot in my lower back, I finally picked the closest massage therapist I could find on-line and stopped in on my way home from a 1-hour drive experiencing discomfort as I had been when driving any distance more than about 5 miles.
