I asked the new girl (she has color in her hair, curly and the youngest one there) to only cut 1 inch and she cut 4 inches off. You could tell she didn’t know what she was doing. I never cried so bad. My hair was long and it took me a long time to grow it out. I do not recommend this place at all

The place looks very nice inside but the customer service is some of the worst I’ve seen. I went inside as a walk in and the lady kindly Said she would help after the current client. I waited and when she was done she went to the back for like 25 minutes and never came back out. I don’t know how this place has good ratings with this kind of service. It must be friends family rating it, so if you want an honest review here it is.
