I just got my first facial ever and I am so happy I went threw with TruDerm! The whole visit from walking in and being greeted by the front desk and little too no wait time was great. The Hydra facial was phenomenal! Words can’t describe how comfortable and amazing as it being my first experience ever! The sunscreen applied after feels great and hydrating. Most of the staff very spiteful even though they were wrong to over charge me. Never received apology after confirming with the insurance. Dr Usmani is nice and Doreen the PA is nice. Watch how long they have to wait on purpose because as I said they are spiteful

I recently visited TruDerm and had some restalin injections around my lips and mouth along with a lip flip done by Dr. Usmani. I have to say I am so happy with the results. I have never had any fillers or anything done to my face and I was super nervous ( I didnt want to look fake). I spoke with Dr. Usmani and Laura (great cosmetic manager) and told them I wanted my smoker’s lines filled and a little more fullness in my upper lip which had drooped a little as the years have passed. Well, she filled in my lip, my lines and a little of my laugh lines as well. I ABOSOLUTELY love how I look. My lips look like they did when I was 21! I look natural and thats all I wanted was a litte refreshment around my mouth and my lips. I am 100% satisfied with how I look and I couldnt be happier with the results! Thank you so so much!

Poor service, can’t attest to their quality of work since they have so many issues scheduling… I have made 4 appointments here, of that one was successful and even then I feel they went a little cut happy and removed like 6 moles. The one doctor always is out “sick” never met her but she’s canceled two of my appointments. Then today, I show up to have the roots removed from one of my moles and they don’t do surgery today so therefore I show up for nothing… huge waste of time. I don’t see how anyone would want to do business with this place. One review says they gave off bad vibes, and I should have taken the first to cancellations from the doctor as a sign to go somewhere else.

I wish I didn’t have to leave one star to leave a review because this dermatology office doesn’t even deserve that, I was referred by my son’s pediatric office on August 26th and after them not calling me I decided to start calling them bc this is a serious concern and his doctor wanted him in immediately. I had called everyday multiple times a day with no response, of course you can’t leave a voicemail because it’s full or turned off, they have the worst front office staff I have ever spoken to when I did get through this morning after almost three weeks of trying, they were so awful. I decided to call my son’s pediatric doctor back to have him referred somewhere else. I did that today and was in the office for an appointment by tomorrow, I definitely recommend clearly derm instead of this office because this office is beyond awful, you can’t even get a hold of their staff and when you do they are nasty and rude and could care less if you want to make an appointment or something is wrong with your child. Than to be like oh yeah our phones have been down for weeks no biggie, I definitely don’t want my son in that office haha.

They scheduled my sister today for 11:45am, my mom makes it on time and makes sure to check in. Just to let her know she’ll have to wait til about 2pm until the doctor comes back from lunch! That is a 2 hour and 15 min wait!! Like what the heck!!
