The massage I got wasn’t what I expected. I was recommended by a colleague to get a lymphatic drainage massage by Joni. My appointment was rescheduled twice which was understandable. The second time it was rescheduled I was assigned to a different masseuse. Although, I was a minute or two late I was able to sign their required forms which had no indications on pressure level or areas of focus. Once in progress with the massage, I was disappointed. The masseuse barely touched my skin and was just rubbing the top layer the whole 60 minutes. No pressure, lotion, or oil was added. At the end, I was completely confused at to what type of service I just got. It would have been nice to know more information on the massage I was getting for it was completely different from the experience my colleague told me she received. A little more informational due diligence on the spa’s end would have made things more better and worth my money.

Beverly was awesome. After her gentle also firming massage, my neck moves without problems! The 90min session is great. I did fall asleep several times because it’s so relaxing, calming, and comforting! Will definitely revisit again.

Thank you so much for your amazing massage. Whenever I am in town, I make appointment and receive stress relief from this place. I love the massage, gentle and firm enough. He knew the points and focused on those problems. So efficient and relieved. The last step was a glass of wine and a piece of chocolate. I wanted to stay longer because I was so comfortable.

First of all Truce is a lovely spa. I think it’s really sad that the owner has had to deal with the misleading overall rating ever since a nasty and vindictive person had a bunch of her friends 1 star spam the reviews three years ago. I can’t imagine what it took to recover from that. No business deserves it and most definitely not Truce.

Thuy did great for my pedicure! Lisa was excellent at my Himalayan salt stone massage and really got my kinks out, and Laura did a wonderful job on my facial. It was such a great relaxing day. Only thing is I wish the robes came in a more fitting style for short plus size women lol. Thank you ladies!

Lovely gem of a spa with excellent service, massage therapists, and ambiance. The whole process starting from checking in, to lounging in the sauna with a cold drink in hand after our massage was just so seamless and relaxing. I’ll be coming back to this spa during my next visit to Bellevue.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityEverything was so relaxing and wonderful! Rema at the front desk was so kind and so we’re out massage therapists. We felt so pampered when we got to wear personal robes and slippers. The waiting area was so relaxing with the lights turned low and the water trickling in the vase. Our massages were perfect! We will be coming again!
