With it being my very first facial, TruBella SPA made me feel welcome way in advance of my appointment (starting from my appointment txt reminder). Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jennifer, who after my facial had a very good conversation with. My facial was done by Amy,, she was gentle, yet determined when it came to the extractions. She was very understanding when I became uncomfortable with the face mask. I can’t wait for my follow up facials with Amy.
