I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you would like to be scammed. I came to this location for one spray tan and continuously declined their offers of a membership because I did not want to pay for multiple months. At the end of my appointment the women at the front desk informed me that she spoke with the manager and that I could cancel after a month. The month deal would have been cheaper that only doing one tan so I agreed. However, when I called over the phone to cancel they said that they were unable to cancel my membership because it had only been a month. The manager refuses to speak with me or call me back. She will not give out her cell phone number or email information because she would rather let her employees deal with her lies while she hides. TruTan refuses to get rid of my card information so who knows how long they will be stealing money from me for. Do not give any of your card information to this business because they will steal your money!

The most expensive tanning place I’ve ever been to and they lock you into two months minimum if you want to try the monthly rate. Also you can’t freeze your membership if out of town. Very money hungry.

Adding to review below done last month….THEY CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN Jan 28th (the day after I finished Radiation treatments) . They are without any scruples. Typical tanning / health club charge your card NIGHTMARE. I disputed part of last one. Told them to cancel Membership Dec 6 th and asked Owner to call. She never did – and charged me AGAIN. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD! .. December 6th review : Hard sell first time, told me I could freeze my account- $119 a month at sign up. When I called to freeze on the 3rd of month (due to cancer radiation) I was told I “was paid up till the 26th” . They would charge me for the month because “they bill on the 27th. Even though I would not use going FORWARD and did not use. They would NOT FREEZE the day I called. Not a smart way to treat a paying customer. Sad these girls work here are taught to sell at all cost , they are taught to hide and deceive.They hid this on purpose. There are so many honest jobs available , I do not know why they would work here? The owner did not call me back. Ok tanning place as far as they go, but would pay each time. Worse than typical deceptive memberships . Would not give them your credit card. If you do , may need to file a dispute. God bless them and help them to see what goes around from us comes back around to us.

For the 3rd time in over a week I arrived at TruTan at 5:45 to be told by savannah, this time the beds are down “fried”. Couldn’t tan. Previous two times I arrived at 7:35 & 7:28 and was told the beds where turned off for the night. I would assume beds are turned off at closing not 30 minted to.

What an amazing tanning salon. You get a choice of a tanning bed that no other place offers. The beds are awesome…..comfortable, fan settings, music going in background. It’s like being at the beach with the warmth and music going. The prices are better than other salons, and I’ve checked out prices in CALIF too for when I go visit my folks. I was shocked at how expensive tanning salons in CA are. The ladies who work at Tanning Time are great. I’ve never met anyone so kind and so helpful. They are so welcoming to all their clients which makes it all like family. They are always working so hard to please all their customers which makes this place an A+++++ salon that no other salon can ever compare.

Bad experience. Very bad customer service. Did not explain the spray tan I was going to get so I opted for the machine. Machine sprays 2 times and it didn’t even get half my leg. When I went to the front the desk to ask to upgrade for a better spray tan she said “buy our tanning lotion.” Educate your customers so they know what they are paying for. I wasted $30 for a tan that didn’t even get my leg well or the sides of my body. Didn’t even try to help me. So i just said “ok thanks” and she goes “have a good day” please train staff to educate and help a customer. I was willing to pay MORE to upgrade. But will be taking my business somewhere else

Great experience. The beds themselves are fantastic and they had an awesome startup deal for me being a new customer. The staff is really nice and I’ve never had an issue with having to wait or any other problems. Would definitely recommend.
