Morgan is so sweet and always has a smile on her face she is very efficient and knowledgeable about recommendations! I give her service a 5 star! However it’s unfortunate that one experience can ruin my taste for this salon. One day around 4:30(?) one day a (new?) girl was working at the salon. I do spray tans and when I had arrived to do my normal tan (I come here very often so practically know everyone and get the same tan/color every-time). She had informed me in a impolite manner that “they closed the spray tan booths over an hour ago”, I was confused as I had never experienced the booth being closed (?). I asked why was it closed (maybe it was broken down?) she informed me that it was their policy to do that; I replied that that was odd because I’ve never been denied a spray tan during working hours. She said it was closed and it has been that way for over an hour and that she has always been doing it that way. I asked to speak to someone else about it because I have never been told that the spray tan booth is now closed hours before closing time (?). She immediately became aggressive and pulled out a notebook saying “Look I’ll show you the policy!” I was like umm…okay I don’t need to see that. Anyways she called the manager who told her that she was not supposed to close the booth hours in advance. I presume she was more mad at this point because she had to put the booth back together. I was waiting in the front desk area while she was putting it back together which..took about 10 minutes maybe(?) Proceed to time finally getting my spray tan…she was very rude! Rolling eyes, and the whole “mean girl” attitude! I really think she purposefully botched my tan that day, the other girls thought she did too after seeing it! On my way out of the salon she had apologized to me for the way she had acted. She also said that she had been telling everyone that and understood why people were frustrated with her that week. I said it was cool and chocked it up to her maybe having a bad day, and that I understand how it can be to work in service industry because I had done it for 5+ through college. Fast forward a few days, completely forgot about the incident. Next time I go into the salon several of the other girls had asked me what had happened, they were saying that she said I “cussed her out”. I think it was one of the most meanest encounters with someone I have ever had in my whole life. I totally don’t get it! I went in there today and she was in there! I felt so uncomfortable by her attitude to the point of leaving a google review. She really made me feel like a inconvenience! It also makes me feel so uncomfortable that this girl has talked about me so much she is making up lies about me, I feel really weird about it! I’ve never felt so uncomfortable!And what do you know…for the second time ever conveniently my spray tan looks awful…I hope that this salon will be able to do better staffing in the future as all of the other ladies and manager are absolutely LOVELY!

I called to get pricing on spray tans and they are 10 dollars higher than every where else. When i told the girl who i was with right now and explained that I was trying to figure out if the 10 dollars would matter since they were a little closer to me, she decided to tell me how disgusting the company is that i go to now. I just would never go to a company that talks bad about other companies. Let it show through your product and pricing that you are better not bad mouthing the competitor.

The management of this group of salons are trash. What corporate management is only available to be contacted Monday Wednesday Friday. When you do call on the hours stated on the days specified, you will have to leave a message and when they call you back still be unable to speak to the person necessary to fix your issue.

I’m spoken to the manager about the problem and I’m STILL awaiting the owner to call me still…. Manager called and I was refunded in full as well as apologized to. That’s professional and my rating is changing from 1 star to 3. I may even tan again there need be.

I have been multiply times and the beds are down and unable to tan. Manager is not customer orientated. EFT Draft on bank account is supposed to be $22 according to contract and they draft more than agreed.
