Roza is so wonderful! Her massage skills are the best I’ve experienced, and I tried other massage therapists in and near Santa Clarita. I’ve experienced both deep-tissue and therapeutic massages from her. Roza’s able to use a wide range of pressures, depending on what the client asks for. I have really bad muscle tightness from having a fused spine and I get lots of muscle spasms. My muscles need a lot of pressure during massages to have lasting relief, and Roza is able to do this. For deep tissue massages, she still incorporates a lot of relaxation techniques, that way the massage is not painful, as massages often can be for me. She told me that she has over 10 years of massage experience and treats her clients with the respect and the comfort that she would want for herself, and I honestly can tell you that I see that in how she treats me. I’ve had massages with massage therapists that don’t stop talking, but Roza is good at letting the client lead whether or not there is conversation throughout the massage. Roza’s also totally understanding if you ask for your massages to be free from conversation. (Of course you both still may need to talk about the massage during the massage, like if you’re asking her for more or less pressure, or if she’s noticing the pressure may be too much for you and she checks in on how you’re doing.) Roza is really skilled, but she’s also such a kind and considerate person. I would absolutely recommend her for massage therapy.

I was so uptight and stressed when I arrived and rambled on not even realizing she was releasing the stresses of my body and mind at the same time.! Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismReceived a Groupon for Mother’s Day and due to COVID closures, Groupon extended the voucher. I called salon first only to see I had to place appointment online. Went online and needed to secure with a credit card, so I emailed about how to redeem Groupon. I got a snarky reply saying she didn’t offer extensions and she was open last year for 3 months. So, I sent the screenshot of the Groupon-only to receive yet ANOTHER snarky, rude, and unprofessional email saying I never was informed or approved any extension by Groupon (probably inHer fine print contract with Groupon that she failed to read) and told me she isn’t taking new customers and get my refund from Groupon! Which is EXACTLY what I did after complaining to them. Not a business I would EVER be interested in visiting with how rude she was and by reading reviews—seems to be an ongoing issue not an isolated one. She might give a good massage (or more), but the attitude alone is enough for me to say NOT WORTH IT-STAY AWAY!!!EDITED: She has sent me numerous emails and has called me 6 times in 23 minutes trying to get me to remove my negative review. Still rude and still unprofessional & not someone I would ever in my right mind refer others to! I DID get a refund from Groupon and will be taking my business elsewhere. Very upset the way this business works, purchased a Groupon for 30 minute reflexology massage but Groupon is a way to get you into giving your credit card information and try to sell add ons. I am fine the way that booking can only be done online and by putting a Credit Card on hold as I understand so that time slot you are holding doesn’t go unused. My problem starts afterwards as other business will ask you to send you a snapshot of your Groupon so that they can mark the Groupon as redeemed in case the client doesn’t show up but not this one. It will keep your Credit Card on file till the day of your appointment for full price of $45 ( I paid $21.75 for Groupon) which is more than double for what I paid for Groupon and which I think is extremely extremely unfair and unethical.
