Amazing!!! This is one of the only places around that delivers on their word…! They are meticulous in their processes and undauntedly perform flawlessly for anyone who comes in. They are very educated in their crafts and have worked magic on myself, my family, and friends who I have all referred to Liz or any of the girls. I love this salon. I have been going to Tru Salon for about 3 years now and the staff are very friendly and I love my hairdresser (She is the only one who can seem to get my cut the way I like it). In general the salon is always clean and the staff are always welcoming.

Horrible people , they make a mistake and then try to deflect that onto the parents ???? and their “Manager” is incompetent- how dare you go back on your word to fix a child’s haircut that your stylist messed up. I have never believed there to be places that actually do this kind of thing- but to see the results ( BUTCHERED HAIR CUT) and to see the “Manager’s” response ( EMAIL BLAMING PARENTS AND GOING BACK ON THEIR WORD) I honestly DO NOT KNOW HOW YOU ARE IN BUSINESS! Do not go here.
