Haircuts are okay for Saint Robert, but they are not reliable with being present at the appointment times. They do not give courtesy calls if they are not able to complete your appointment. In other words, more times than not, you will show up to an empty shop. Reliability is not important to them. If you are a Soldier, the px would save you time and money for similar quality. I am not for px haircuts, but I’ve wasted a lot of time driving to an empty shop when I had an appointment.

I came here twice to this barbershop, Tru House of Fades. Each time I had an appointment. The first time I came here I had an appointment at 2:20 pm. 2:20 pm comes and I’m not seated yet. No big deal, they are slightly busy and are probably slightly behind. So I wait. 2:40 pm comes and two more people come into the barbershop. Both individuals get their haircuts before I did. So I say something. One barber responded that they too had appointments. I was asked if I had an appointment as soon as I walked in. Those two individuals were not asked the same question. So I said my appointment was at 2:20 pm, what about theirs? The barber’s response was silence. But, I decided to wait anyway. Now it’s 3:10 pm and I’m finally seated, nearly an hour later. What’s the point of having a system to book appointments if you’re not going to honor it? For the haircut, after examining my haircut in the mirror, I noticed there was a strip of hair on the top of my head that was not cut. So I asked the barber to fix it. He grumbles but proceeds to fix it anyway.

This place was recommended to me by a friend for my son. The first time we came the barber messed up my sons shape up. I decided to give them another shot. I booked an appointment on line for 15:50 and showed up at 1530 with their shop closing at 1600 and I was turned away. The guy that came to the door was so dismissive and rube. Customer service is huge and they lack it.

I asked for a medium fade with a hard part he gave a me a high fade and my hard part is almost quarter of a wide it was way over priced the barder was also super rough they way he cut hair I can already feel razor bumps on the sides of my head don’t recommend this place kuttin up barber shop is way better Haircut

WOW! I could not believe the place! Another word I would use is AWESOME! Little things mean alot, attention to detail amazing. Step through the door and it took me back to when I got haircuts as a kid! I am 47. Every haircut gets a facial and hot towel. You know it’s a good haircut when it relaxes you and you fall asleep. My new favorite place for haircuts!!!

I might have to drive up here from Springfield to get any kind of decent haircut. They know hair and they cut it perfectly. There are enough barbers so you aren’t waiting to long and there’s a cool arcade set up that really gives it a special feel. My barber knew exactly what I wanted from my short description and asked frequently of he was going in the right direction. Best part was the hot towel and close shave. Don’t get that at many places without paying an exorbant amount.
