Much needed experience! I am a very active person who eats right and stretches, but sometimes the body needs more than just medicine. I had cryotherapy and cupping done and now it will be apart of my weekly/monthly recovery routine! The combination is fantastic and every experience has been quick and easy for my busy life. Mason is very knowledgeable, easy going, and respectful/non-invasive! The body, and yourself, deserves as much love and attention!

So far I’ve had 1 session in the infrared sauna and 3 sessions in the cold plunge. My experience has been fantastic. My pulled hamstring felt monumentally better the following day, and the soreness from other muscles disappears completely. And It motivates me to workout harder to get more out of the therapies. Mason is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and I highly recommend anyone who’s interested to give It a try.

Amazing facility!! The cold plunge has sped up my son’s recovery and he feels great after each treatment. The tranquil atmosphere helps in the healing process and Mason is so knowledgeable and welcoming. I would give Troy City 10 stars if I could!

I love this place!!! I do the ice water plunge and it is amazing. The owner is very knowledgeable and will talk you through everything!! I love the infrared sauna as well so many great services!! This place is a hidden gem!!! Ice plunges have so many therapeutic benefits as a nurse I highly recommend it!!

Amazing experience. Dr. Mason is calm, kind, and offers a variety of high quality methods to help your holistic journey to wellness. Infrared Sauna was super relaxing, but the Cold Plunge was the icing on the cake. Intimidating at first, but I felt beyond relief immediately after. 10/10 recommend!
