On 12/13 I went in for under-eye fillers and lip filler and botox on my forehead, I spent about $1240. I was very disappointed with my results. I looked horrible. She drained the fillers from my under-eye. A total waste of money! I called to complain after a week there was still noticeable filler and I had big bags under my eye. I called the receptionist and explained to her my experience. She asked if I would mind traveling to the crown point location the ladies there have more experience. So I agreed. I drove one hour just to get my face drained more. I could have that done at the Tinley location where I live 7 min from! My husband is deployed and coming home on Friday. I wanted to look good for him. Unfortunately, I look worse than before! I’m so upset! I’m a loyal customer for the last two years. I expected more. This location has a high turnover rate you can never get the same person from your previous visit. And in the future advise your client on all their options. The young lady in crown point told me about a different procedure that probably would have been great for me. But do to the fillers I would have to wait. I’m so disappointed!! I saved my money so when my husband came I would look more youthful. Instead, I’m ashamed of how I look

I just finished my 10 laser treatment package with Christina, and not only were the treatments effective and nearly painless (due to new technology), but Christina is very personable and caring, so each appointment (1.5 hours each due to the number or treatment areas) flew by so quickly! I drove about an hour each way to get there, because they are one of only a few companies that offer the new laser, but it was worth it. Highly recommend Trouvaille, especially Christina!
