Julia is well educated in general and especially about her products and their ingredients. She is a wealth of information yet so kind and down to earth. She won’t recommend anything you don’t need, she offers different price points and makes sure you know how to care for your skin. She didn’t even push product at the end, I knew investing in my products would be the only way to continue to improve the integrity of my skin so I was asking her a ton of questions. You can tell she is passionate and has many years of experience.

ZERO STARS. I was gouged out of over $700 that I had saved up for these treatments. I’d had waxing done at this salon in the past, and thought the owner sounded knowledgeable about injections. Turns out the botox she used was so diluted that it had zero effect, and this was confirmed by both a highly respected dermatology and plastic surgeon’s practice in Toledo. A restalyne silk treatment on my upper lip was a butchered job that caused me to miss 2 days work it was so swollen and uneven. Owner refused to take any responsibility and right up front said she doesn’t offer refunds. The other practices said they would have given me sample injections the companies offer to make up for it! Very rude and making all kinds of excuses – including my age hahahahaha! Anyone who meets me say I look 10 years younger than my age.

I had lash extensions applied today, and I love them! Julia, who is certified & licensed in applying Xtreme lashes, made me feel perfectly comfortable with her bubbly Personality and the atmosphere is in a nicely decorated facility. The location is tucked off Secor Rd so don’t pass it by!!

My mother in laws birthday was coming up and I thought having matching facials would be fun! I had never been to this salon but i thought i would try it since they were the only salon in the area that this treatment. It was little pricey but worth every penny! I highly recommend this salon and the staff was wonderful 🙂 thank you for making my mother in law relax!
