Went in to tan yesterday got to tan then come back today to tan now mind you my aug payment came out but guess my July payment didn’t has to my knowledge….come in to here the girl “blonde headed one which talked to her boss on the phone “tells me I can’t after paying for this month….. it’s never the same times coming out …..not very good business…!!!! After this month I won’t be back believe that..!! And I know a lot of people that go here and tan I will be spreading the word.. I went in in June to tan they say oh you can’t tan I am like ok why they say oh you’re payment didn’t come out so I pay cash then five days later my payment comes out hmmmmm still haven’t got my money back after being double charged …..yea not very good business at all I tell the girls they oh I will leave a note …. Yep still waiting .

My husband and I needed a quick tan because my in laws were visiting from Colorado and we didn’t want them to know we were pale Floridians I decided to get a membership for the tanning bed since I used to go when I lived in Indiana and have missed it. The salon is clean with nice equipment, cute items for sale and the staff is friendly and helpful. Since I started tanning there regularly the girls know my name without me telling them and I now have a good tan. I love the place and recommend it to anyone.

The employees are on it with cleaning the beds. Some are nicer than others. Some you can tell they really don’t want to be there but no big complaints. They are a little pricey especially with the registration fee. Twice they weren’t open during the opening times but it was due to not having staff.

The girls there are very sweet I just love each and everyone of them. They are very clean and organized. There always on top of things there. The staff is so great and really helpful whenever you first go in to “get your tan on”. There are so many packages that to some people it could become overwhelming but not with the girls who work there! The beds are always immaculate and so are the rooms. They have a large selection of tanning products and lotions and even a great “package” of goodies whenever you buy the top of the line tanning lotions. I received a cup holder to put in the sand at the beach, a Tropical Touch t-shirt and after tanning lotion(either indoors or outdoors) ALL FOR FREE!! If you haven’t been to either Tropical Touch Tanning Salon, you’re missing out!

LOVE this tanning location! Nice variety of packages, cute boutique, very clean place & the staff is friendly & helpful. I do like the location on Woodbine a little better because it’s more updated & has more beds so less waiting. I’ve almost always had to wait at this location.

Not only have you wasted my time, cost me what I thought would be a profitable friendship, you have stooped to the lowest of lows. What a HORRIBLE business person you are. And yes, word of mouth is the best advertisement. Very poor business practice. I canceled my membership and she continued to charge me.
