Critical: ProfessionalismOk I paid $65 March 20th. The Covid shutdowns were enforced March 22nd. I called several times to find out when they would reopen. There was no answering service that I could leave a message, no one bothered to let me know when they would be reopening. That being said I stopped in to tan on Monday June 8 and again Wednesday June 10. It was Wednesday that I was informed that I had no more visits. I tanned a total of 3 times after paying $65. That breaks down to $21.66 per visit!! When I finished tanning I wanted an explanation for why and how that was justified because I was straight up cheated out of what I had paid good money for!!Also according to the flyers on the wall it states that there are 2 free visits when purchasing a package of $45-$65. Well that is apparently not true!! The lady I was speaking to told me she would extend my sessions through June 16th. I still didn’t think that was fair and while voicing my opinion on the matter another gal involved herself in the discussion and told me that I could drop the attitude. I assured her that I hadn’t begun to have an attitude because I wasn’t cussing anyone!!I used to have my own tanning salon and even when I had to shut the doors I offered a refund for unused sessions or the option of coming to my home to tan.The Tropical Tanning facility is extremely nice, clean and offers top notch tanning equipment. I get that the Covid virus was not their fault but it’s not my fault either. I don’t live in Pilot Mountain anymore therefore I wasn’t aware of when the salon would reopen. Ok I paid $65 March 20th. The Covid shutdowns were enforced March 22nd. I called several times to find out when they would reopen. There was no answering service that I could leave a message, no one bothered to let me know when they would be reopening.
