After a night at work, my sons gfs car broke down, and was left in their parking lot. We Spoke to the manager the very next morning, explaining what happened, and we would be there before 6 to get the car, as everyone was at work right now. The manager was rude, she said she didn’t care why the car is there, she was having it towed. She said she has members who tan all hours of the night, and a car in the parking lot made her customers feel unsafe. She then said I don’t care how you get it out of here, push it into another area, tow it, just get it off my property because we get really busy and have to park on the grass as it is. She was unwilling to even try to work with us. Ending the call with telling me we will incur a $200 towing fee. I would hate to see how she runs her business. If go to any other salon BESIDES hers. So much for being neighborly, or helping your fellow man. This woman is only for herself, and only about herself – she could care less about anyone else.
