Critical: ProfessionalismI have been using this place for a while, and loved it, however this last time was really upsetting. I paid for the session as well as the lotion that the front desk person suggested to use for better results. However, once I got into the room, I barely had time to put the lotion on and by the time I finished the time of the session was up and I only had 2 min out of 8 I paid for. I asked if they can let me in for at least 2 more min, as I was never told that I had only 3 minutes to undress and put the lotion on, and was told no. I have been using this place for a while, and loved it, however this last time was really upsetting. I paid for the session as well as the lotion that the front desk person suggested to use for better results.
