The staff is so nice I just wish you guys were regularly opened during posted business hours. Like ive never really tanned somewhere else where i felt the need to call to see if youre even open during the regular posted business hours. This also applies to the northgate location. Also would be cool if on one sign where you posted that you were having a “holiday party” if you would clarify all local locations would be closed so that your customers arent driving around seattle looking for a salon. Also potentially posting this in advance would be beneficial to your clients who pay for the privelage of being able to tan during business hours, assuming that if its a holiday party, this was probably a planned thing

Very pushy about their monthly memberships and will repeatedly discourage you from getting the pre-paid packages. A monthly basic membership is $29.95 + a $20 initiation fee. A 5-pack basic membership is $40. I listened to their spiel about how the monthly membership was such a better deal, said I’d rather just get the 5 pack. This is when most places back off, but these folks got frustrated and started telling me how I was making a mistake not getting the monthly.

I don’t tan, we have the Sun for that. My other half does though, and she liked it….paid for a monthly membership or whatever costs $89. Services were great she said. However, two weeks after we paid for our membership, it was no good anymore…… because it was now the 1st…….?????

I found this place to be clean, well staffed and employees wearing masks whenever in a zone dealing with a customer. Reading some of the comments by others I wonder if you they are so dam frightened of covid why are you going tanning? SO disappointing. After being pressured into buying a product I didn’t want, I was told it would make the cost of the unlimited membership less with purchase…. only to find out it didn’t make it less, the product was never in stock. I asked for a refund because I never actually received the product and never wanted it… was told to filed a claim. I did 8 months ago, and checked up on it, called the tropical tan business, and emailed. Never once returned my calls, or email. Now have been charged for a product I did not receive nor want. And was never given a refund. HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

I absolutely love this salon! The ladies that work there have been wonderful, friendly, and very welcoming! Always willing to answer any questions or help you with anything! Very clean, nice beds, you get great color, always have the bulbs changed out regularly! Great prices! And can always could on them for a good deal! Which is wonderful, when you’re a everyday tanner like myself! Highly recommend! They have a free week of tanning for new customers! So Walk-in & try them out!

This location is one of the best, the staff are always super helpful and sweet about everything. They are always making sure us customers walk out satisfied every single visit. The salon is always kept in good shape, very clean and organized. Most rooms also have a radio that works, as well as chairs in every room. They are very informative and over all the best tanning place I have ever been to.
