Wonderful staff and very clean rooms for all the different services. I have done spray tans the tanning beds(the ultra, they are so fancy and big no need for turning) as well as the red light therapy beds. Just paid for another month of all access!!!☺️

I hadnt gone indoor tanning for a long time & its gotten really expensive to get a bed that u get any color from so I go on Tues. They have spray tan a medium bed or red lite 10$ & they wanted 80$ for lotion 9$ for a sample pkt. So I got online & found a good product with bronzer went back with that & it worked better

Love this place! I try to come here everyday after a long day at work and it’s always very clean and tidy, I hardly ever have to wait and if I do it’s less than 5 minutes. The ladies are wonderful, always greeting and saying goodbye, and they remember my name! And I could never forget one of the ladies wrote down a step by step process for how to color my hair, down to the science! The beds are always being being upgraded and they’re never broken, I’d have to say by far the best tanning salon I’ve been a member of.

Great Salon with knowledgeable employees. The staff is always friendly and provides detailed information on all tanning/red light products and tanning packages. I have been a customer since the Aurora Village location opened and the Northgate location is the best by far.

Billed me after I canceled my membership and Corp will not reimburse me when it was a total error on THEIR part. Also, it took 8 days for me to even hear back from Corp in regards to this matter. Worst training and customer service I have ever dealt with. Billed me after I canceled my membership and Corp will not reimburse me when it was a total error on THEIR part. Also, it took 8 days for me to even hear back from Corp in regards to this matter. Left my necklace in room 7. I called the next day and they said nothing was found in there. It’s not even very expensive, but it’s a sentimental gift from my sister and I’m very disappointed to know they would take something like that and not turn it in to lost and found. This was a few weeks ago, but I wanted to make sure I checked everywhere before I left this review. Really disappointed.
