Do not go to this tanning salon unless you want charges on your bank account that are not legit. I asked specifically what I needed to do to close my account and did what I was told and they still charged me a fee of $56 dollars they will try and ding you for every fee they can get away with. Great overall experience. I explained that I only had a little over two weeks before I went to Mexico and they explained that they had a 2 week vacation special. It was unlimited tanning for the entire two weeks and was much cheaper than any other plan they could have tried to sell me. The place was clean and the staff was friendly, helpful and professional.

Clean and customer service was nice.This review is about the cancellation processI cancelled my account mid October and was told I needed to give 30 days notice and would be charged again in November. Fine, I understand that was the policy I signed when I joined. The woman at the desk said keep your receipt of cancellation though because our customer service will often charge you again. They did charge me again on December 1st. When I called and emailed about it they said that they would offer me a credit to use in store because they are really behind in offering refunds. No, you charged me incorrectly and I want my money back. I played by your rules. I paid the extra month even though I didn’t use the service.Don’t come here unless you want them to continue to charge you even after you cancel and then try to scam you by keeping your money and offering credit for a service you don’t want anymore after you catch them on it.Service: TanningServices in the store was as expected. The beds and everything are fine. Just be aware they’re shady when it comes billing. I put my account on hold after my last vacation. A few months later I noticed they had ‘un-holded’ my account and had been billing me $80 a month. You have to go in person to cancel, which I did. I still got charged 2 more times. I’ll never go back.

Owner is so nice and friendly! He was taking care of like three people at once and did such a great job. I will for sure be back. Place was very clean! He had great prices for a first time customer and said to call with any questions. Seems like a very sincere guy. Love to support business like that. Give this place a shot!
