Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI’ve had a membership for several months now (since May), and I’ve never waited longer than 5-10 minutes (and that only once or twice). The staff are professional, courteous and helpful. The beds are always clean and the rooms are equipped with wipes, hair bands, even body spray and deodorant (nice if you’re going somewhere after tanning). They regularly replace bulbs and keep their equipment in good shape. I’ve had a membership for several months now (since May), and I’ve never waited longer than 5-10 minutes (and that only once or twice). The staff are professional, courteous and helpful. The beds are always clean and the rooms are equipped with wipes, hair bands, even body spray and deodorant (nice if you’re going somewhere after tanning). They regularly replace bulbs and keep their equipment in good shape. I get compliments on my tan and when I go a time or two in a row, my tan is supercharged!

I’m signed up to receive their text messages and they will send me updates on new promotions or sales going on. They have tons of beds and regularly change their bulbs so that you get the most out of your tan. I wish it was more convenient for me personally but that’s my only complaint. Tropical tan has great deals every day of the week! I’m signed up to receive their text messages and they will send me updates on new promotions or sales going on. They have tons of beds and regularly change their bulbs so that you get the most out of your tan. I wish it was more convenient for me personally but that’s my only complaint.
