Critical: QualityI’ve been tanning at this salon for some years and have been completely happy but this year I’m highly disappointed. Two issues I’ve had. First it took two weeks of the employees telling me the refund on a mistake they made would be credited to my card. It wasn’t. On the 5th time of me asking, she ran my card n actually went through the refund steps with me, none of the other employees even bothered or tried. Two days later, the refund was credited. The second issue I have is the tan I can achieve in 3-4 sessions…. I haven’t been able to achieve this year at all and I’ve gone several times. When I mentioned it to an employee, she explained that they’ve replaced some tanning bulbs in some of the beds with red light bulbs. Well no wonder! The red light bulbs don’t tan or boost your tan like she tried telling me. They claim to have other benefits such as minimizing scars, helping to reduce anxiety etc. Tanning the skin is not a benefit from the red lights. The beds weren’t heating up like usual either. I feel this is a way to lessen the results so the customers will need to frequent the salon more and pay more. I’ve paid extra cost everytime to upgrade the bed n still barely color on my body from the chest down. Waste of my money!!! I’ve been tanning at this salon for some years and have been completely happy but this year I’m highly disappointed. Two issues I’ve had. First it took two weeks of the employees telling me the refund on a mistake they made would be credited to my card. It wasn’t. Critical: QualityEdit***Don’t speak poorly on this place even though it’s true the owner will just ban youThe two ladies working up front especially Katie is very rude over a mask that I didn’t have on because the other girl that was working had hers on her chin so why would I even wear mine? The owner sleeps with his employees and pays them off. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone I’ll rather give my money else where.
