I have always had a wonderful experience here in the past. Knowledgeable young women that helped pick out the best package and tanning lotion. I tan for about a month or two during the summer. This year I’m tanning for my wedding in August. This tanning salon is across town from where I live, but I’ve always had great experiences. Today’s experience was not the same. Lack luster…was polite, but you could tell she wasn’t enthusiastic about her job. Disappointing.

The beds are top of the line as well I can tell a difference after just one session. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I would give this place a negative rating, if I could. I went in for a spray tan before a friend’s wedding, which I have often done at other salons in the past. When I stepped into the room, I stepped into a wet, brown footprint left by someone else. (This should’ve been my sign to leave right then.) As I was tanning, I noticed the spray beading on my arms, and when I got out, I had noticeable spray pattern in different places on my body, and odd pooling on my hands.

Been having a issue with only one stand up working and having to wait a long time to tan . Also the other level 5 bed had been broke for over a month now . I can’t even buy a level five tanning due to that the level five been broken ?? I have never heard of a business thats doesn’t want to make more money ?? That didn’t not offer any lay down level 5 beds for the cost of the level 4 stand up or even offer a package or something for the inconvenience of broken machine .. the person I have been messaging only gave me the option of using another location?? Why would I do that when I live so close to the one I paid for a tanning package at ??? Again another inconvenience . Just not happy with the overall services that should be available…. but not …

They are friendly and have almost every tanning bed possible ; from lay downs to stand ups, to automatic spray tanning (my favorite). They also have great specials everyday and surprise specials on Instagram.

On a Wednesday I called to inquire about spray tans. I was told a spray tan in the standup was $30 and $35 for the custom spray tan. Therefore, I made an appointment for the very next day for the custom spray tan. When I arrived on Thursday I saw a flyer on the counter with daily specials. Thur special was $20 for a spray tan cocktail. After speaking with staff she stated there is no difference between a custom tan and a stand up spray tan therefore, I asked to change my appt to the daily special. I was informed that It was too late she put my money in the register and there’s no way I could get a refund. I attempted to work with her asking if I could at least get a credit for the $15 and I was told no they don’t do credits, refunds or anything of the such. I then asked if I could perhaps get a gift card as they offer a gift cards. She texted the owner Julian and was told no because again, she put the money in the register. To resolve this issue I asked if I could speak directly with the owner, she again texted him and his response was he was too busy. This review has no reflection on the staff as they were only following the direction of the owner while trying their best to provide service recovery. This is very poor service and if this is how he makes his money he has one judge the answer to.
