So the staff were very nice and explained everything however this was my first time and I was Leary about even doing it like stepped way out my comfort zone. Got the personal spray tan because I didn’t want to do it myself and end up blotchy but I ended up blotchy anyway.. then they ask u to look in the mirror and see if it’s good but honestly I had no idea what I was looking for so I would not know if they missed a spot here and there or not..I have different shades all over like my arms there is a whole strip that was not sprayed.. my stomach is super darkens one of my legs while the other is light and on some parts there is nothing… I am hoping this scrubs off as tomorrow I am going on vacation and that was my whole reason getting it and maybe this just isn’t for me personally if this don’t come off I am going to be so dissapointed…….

This salon is super clean and well kept. The beds are up to date and have good bulbs. Prices are average for the area . The staff is helpful but could definitely be more friendly. Good customer service goes a long way and that is the only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars . The hours of this salon are very accommodating to all lifestyles, which I appreciate.

Love this place! The beds are really nice and always clean. The hours are great especially if you work late. The membership perks and price are nice/affordable, but the pay by the month option is great. I did that to try it out and will be getting a membership next month!

Best tanning place…ever!! Great deals, great beds, great spray on tans (that last and aren’t orange!), great staff and a super awesome owner! The place is spotless, has all of the ‘extras’ you could ever ask for and has a top-notch lotion selection as well. I just got home from my first visit to Tropical Tan. I have never used a tanning bed before or spray tan. I called in advance to see if there was anything I needed to bring and if I had to make an appointment. My questions were answered nicely and efficiently. Upon arrival, I was greeted nicely by the two girls working. Unfortunately I was too nervous to remember their names, but they were very kind. They walked me through the process and even suggested what I should use in terms of lotion. The place looked great – neat, clean, it felt like a great atmosphere. I am very happy with the customer service and the whole experience overall. I can’t wait to go back again and try out the rest of their level beds and the customized spray tans!
