Excellent customer service! I was given a tour of the entire place! I liked the woman who helped me…wish I remembered her name! She was very helpful offering answers to every question I had especially since I’m a novice tanner! I did tan here that day and it was close to their closing time and she had no problems with me doing that! A veryyyy enjoyable visit and I do plan to continue going here!

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been coming here 3 years and I get here at 5:46pm said their last person is at 5:45pm and would not let me tan. Never had a problem here until now, referred many here as I do alot of women’s nails and always had a good relationship with the staff but now I will take my continuous business elsewhere!!! Awful customer service! Not only was the lady at the counter rude to me, I heard her berating an elderly woman who had been obviously confused and not explained what package she purchased- I heard no attempt to explain it, or clear up the confusion, or even to try to make her comfortable! I will not give them my business anymore, I keep thinking how angry I would be if that was my mother they talked to in such a way.
