Critical: ProfessionalismThe worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude and insulting. I have gone there for a year now because they are close to me and so I have given them many chances. They have consistently been awful! Insulting, unprofessional and incredibly rude. I am nice, pay them, tip well and am just given a terrible attitude every time. Don’t waste your money. If you want to pay a lot of money to be treated poorly, then go here otherwise find another salon that cares more about taking care of their customers. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude and insulting. I have gone there for a year now because they are close to me and so I have given them many chances. I no longer go here. I was sick, called three hours before my appointment to cancel and was told that I would have to pay half the charge for a mani pedi. I think my response was “good luck with getting that” and I never went back.

I was so worried about how to fix my finger nails for my wedding, as they break easy and were super short. Tropical Nails gave me a white tipped french manicure that looked SO REAL. It was amazing. Beautiful nails for my wedding that were super strong and still look great a few weeks later. The salon was clean, relaxing and very professional. If I lived in Rockport it would be the nail salon I would frequent regularly.
