This was my go to tanning place. I use to love going there and Kim (owner) was so sweet. However I went in months ago to inform them that I had to get a spray tan for a function (fathers funeral)because I was not released from my doctor after having squamous cell carcinoma on my eyelid to tan (see attached pics) I even showed the pics of my Mohs surgery followed by the reconstruction of eyelid. After being released I was so excited to return being I was told they would freeze my account (I paid cash up front) until I could come back. Today I went to redeem one of my remaining four PAID for tans and was told they had expired!!!!!!!! (Expired June 28) I should have NEVER been told they would freeze and or work with me considering my situation. Thanks for pacifying me until today. Today was just plain hurtful. Enjoy the proceeds. BTW -side note – I owned a place called Metamorphosis (very successfu) establishment for women prior to moving here. I had top of the line commercial tanning beds, massage therapy and a gym. And I can say this, I would have never conducted business like I experienced today!!

I called to ask a few questions (new to the area) and the level of attention and customer service was excellent. I did not feel like I was “bothering them” by asking for some information about the tanning packages available. Upon visiting, I met the owner and she was warm and welcoming, took time to show me around and explained all of the different options in detail. Of course, I signed up for a tanning package and I have found each employee I’ve met since then to be extremely friendly and the entire place is always clean, especially the tanning beds! Highly recommend!!

I am new to this salon. Overall I’ve enjoyed it so far. My experience would be so must better if they had mirrors. Even the cheap door mirrors would work. Just something to see my progress and where I’m applying lotion.

Always friendly. No hassle. Clean beds. in and out. Just wish they had mirrors in rooms. Can’t see where I’m putting my bronzer or in what shape I’m leaving in . They never try to push merchandise on me! I can’t stand that.
