Went here on 7/24 after 12pm. I asked for the $30 pedicure that came with a callous removal which was not performed. Lady did my pedicure in a rush as well as my gel manicure. The lady scraped the gel nails with her own nails instead of a tool to scrape it and left so many air bubbles on my nails. I told her there was also the leftover cotton on the nail then she took off the cotton but never fixed the nail polish at all. They also turned away customers who had appointments to come back later. Very disappointed on the services and also rushing or fixing the problem

Wendy, and lisa, the staff there are good. I took my time. And relax. Wendy could tell that I was tired. So I had a good massage on my legs and feet. Off I went. The staff their is very nice and friendly.

It’s very busy obviously because the price for mani/pedi is only $25 & the location. I waited for about 10 min & was very pleased with the results. Place looked very clean & organized &the people are very catering to your needs. I asked for a difficult design with rhinestones on my toes & they did an amazing job! I will definitely be back! This IS the best (of 5 places I’ve previously tried) in ELK GROVE!

I went here because they always display “discount banners” but there’s nothing discounted here. It’s just as expensive as other places. I paid $80 for gel mani pedi.

Have been going here for several years. Love that the salon is always clean and almost everyone speaks English and they are all friendly and professional. Way better than any other salon in Elk Grove especially since their prices are very reasonable and they always have coupons to use to save even more money.

For 30$ I would have liked to see a lot more done on my pedicure. I still have dead skin on my feet, my French toes are okay, not good not bad. Very basic, very meh. Nothing outstanding. I felt very rushed the whole time. I’m not disappointed with my experience, I just wish it was more relaxing. I probably will not be going back, ever.

I hate going for pedicure and manicure to place where the Chinese ladies keep talking in their language about people’s feet and hands. They don’t engage with their customers. And they try to do their job as fast as possible to get in and out the customers. And they don’t do a great job because they are always rushing.

I went in to get my acrylic nails taken off and the woman who destroyed me did not care at all for my comfort or my nails. She cut the fake nail along with my nail, filed down the gel polish and some acrylic(possibly even my own nail), and then used a new fake nail tip to crank it off. She went from the start of my nails peeling toward the tip and it hurt bad. Come to find out my nail itself was coming off and now my nail bed it bare on two of my fingers. She knew she messed up and proceeded to do the same to my other hand. Then she wanted to blame everything on my nails being too thin. I have always had nice, thick, long nails so that is a lie. She then gave me a half ass manicure with the polish looking rough and acrylic still left on my nail. That was the worst experience I’ve ever had at nail salon and I’m never going back.
