We come here for mani and pedis at least for once a month. They have always been able to accommodate the two of us. Prices reasonable, staff is consistently amazing with work. It has been hard for me to find a consistent salon even pre Covid, but I’ve been coming here a few months, no complaints yet.

Tried this place out last week for a pedicure. Absolutely satisfied with the service, quality of work, and the price. My designs on my big toes didn’t quite match the way I wanted, but my tech went above and beyond and insisted on spending the time correcting it to ensure my 100% satisfaction. I will certainly be returning!

My husband and I have been loyal customers. We regularly come for a pedicure and manicure. We drive 30 minutes just because we have been happy with the people who always do our nails. However they are very inconsiderate about the customers time. I have always called ahead and set an appointment. Every single time, we had to wait 10-15 minute, which we have always been patient and never complained. BEWARE They do not give customers a grace period at all not even 1-5 MINUTES even though you call to let them know you are running late!! They tell you that you have to wait 30+ minutes. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY to loyal customers. Don’t bother setting an appt because either way you always have to wait on the tech even durning NON busy times.

I just moved to this side of town and I terribly needed to groom my nails. The receptionist handed me a brochure of their services and directed me to the techs that were going to provide the service. The one lady did my Pedicure she neither scrub my feet. She trimmed my nails nicely though and applied polish. The whole time talking over me in their dialect. Then came the guy who did my manicure. No hand care whatsoever not even water to wash my hands trim my finger nails or push cuticles. He sat right there and just proceeded straight to applying the acrylic. I won’t be returning here.

I had nails done on Wednesday, went back on Friday because polish issues, as well as poor manicure. The nail tech said I could come back and she would redo them. She did not mention a new charge. I went back today, had the nails redone and was leaving when one of the techs came running out saying I did not pay. I was trying to explain that no one told me that there was a charge. The tech who did my nails never asked me to pay, or give me a bill when I said goodbye to her in person.
