I set an appointment and didn’t have to wait long before being serviced when I arrived. I was greeted kindly. I didn’t want anything fancy, so I stuck to a simple coffin/taper shaping and single color. My nail tech Jenny did a nice job on my nails. They also aren’t expensive. I would return.

This was my first time in any nail shop in a minute. Due to obvious reasons and deaths in family. I was excited for my 10:30 appointments. Young lady that did my feet great! Nails not at all…because of her dry/don’t care personality. I love getting all nails with design & gel. Did not complete the rest of the services. Two…. they didn’t even ask about the additional services.

Nice quiet environment to get your nails done. It’s small and not fancy like some of the up and coming salons which I like! Did have a skin rash around my toenails following my pedicure but that may just be my sensitive skin. Cool place to relax!

This was my second or third time visiting Tropical Nails and this will be my last due to poor quality nail service. The woman (I do not know her name) who did my pedicure did not do a good job. I had to tell her multiple times that she cut my big toenails unevenly (I have acrylic on them) and because she did not know how to cut them I ended up having to pay for extra acrylic. Even after another nail tech told and showed her that they were jagged/uneven she was still unable to fix it.

If I could give zero stars I would. I worked here for about three weeks. The owner who sits right by the register was so rude to me. I was just trying to learn. I actually really liked the job. I loved talking to the customers and helping them pick out nail colors. There was one customer whom I was laughing with. Tracy the owner told me not to laugh. So I’m supposed to be miserable like her? It got so bad that I tried to ask her a question? And she would ignore me. And even walk away. I’ve never been treated so badly at a workplace in my entire life. It takes alot to make me upset.Then they would talk about the customers and myself in Vietnamese.Only three of the workers there was actually kind to me. I Would never ever recommend nobody to go here. The owner Tracy is such a nasty and mean person. Maybe not so much to the customers because she wants your money obviously. But for all I care I hope she burns in hell.

I am a hardworking trauma nurse who needed some pampering. This was just the perfect located nail salon and when I stepped in, I was welcomed warmly by a lady and led me right away to a nice chair for my pedicure. A big guy came and sat to start the pedicure process. At first I was like oh dear… a guy and he wasn’t at first welcoming. However… when the massage started, I was like oh wow… this is just what I needed. I actually thought he owned the salon coz he worked like he owned the nail shop!!!! His name was Denny and I am going back to request him!!!! I felt really great after the leg and foot massage that I really didn’t care if he wasn’t perfect in coloring my toes. Will definitely come back to this place!!!!

I loved going here, however…after every single appointment my nails will start to pop off and chip up by the cuticle after 2.5 weeks…this just tells me they rushed the job. Not to mention, they charge extra for every little thing. For example, a friend of mine got a different color on every nail but wasn’t up-charged however because I asked for ombre on TWO nails, my bill was $20 more because of the “work” he had to do… this does not make sense and I felt taken advantage of. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
