I am new to the area and decided to give this nail salon a try after a horrible experience at another shop and I am glad I did. Tony did dip on my real nails and corrected the shape from the previous location I went to and I absolutely love them! Will definitely be getting my nails done at this place only. Tony is very knowledgeable; he explained that my first dip experience from another salon had the wrong top coat leading to dullness and peeling. This is my go to nail place here now. They have a great selection of colors, they are really great at what they do, and they are such nice people. They remember their customers and care about the product. I’ve seen them relate to a variety of people. Also, the salon is amazing and clean. They’re clearly out a lot of work in. Also they have glow in the dark polish, which is so fun (although don’t get it if you have cats because my cats think my hands are a toy at night now).

Second time this happened I chose never to go back; I was given an appointment time and when I showed up it was given to someone else. I have heard the owner overschedule people on the phone while I am getting my manicure on top of it happening to myself personally. Also I don’t appreciate how he talks about customers poorly when they aren’t around to defend themselves. POSH, their rival, took me in the same day I was slighted my appointment and the salon was super clean and the pedicure was fantastic

Such a wonderful experience! I love going to tropical nails. Everyone is so sweet and kind. My feet are so happy now! My boyfriend loves how beautiful she did my toes. They are very thorough with making sure everything is very clean and sanitary before they start. The end result is amazing.
