Critical: ProfessionalismI tried to tan. They informed me a previous months payment was never made. I didn’t see how that was possible. I told them to go ahead and charge the card on file. I was informed it was declined and it was not a computer issues. I was implied to be a liar. When I left the salon, I picked up 300.00 worth of groceries. Absolutely no issue with my card, but its definitely me and not a system issue. Spoke with some friends with memberships here. They all said they’re July payment never came out either. Whenever this business is confronted about a financial issues, they hide behind a contract and give the customer a big f you. I tried to tan. They informed me a previous months payment was never made. I didn’t see how that was possible. I told them to go ahead and charge the card on file. I was informed it was declined and it was not a computer issues. I was implied to be a liar. When I left the salon, I picked up 300.00 worth of groceries. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI love this tanning salon my fiancé got my the start up package where it was so many minutes for each level and you work your way up to a level four and we ended up buying more minutes for the level four once we got that far cause those beds are just amazing. I have done two spray tans and both times they have turned out so nice. And the staff and owner are very friendly and so nice to talk to. I love this tanning salon my fiancé got my the start up package where it was so many minutes for each level and you work your way up to a level four and we ended up buying more minutes for the level four once we got that far cause those beds are just amazing. I have done two spray tans and both times they have turned out so nice. And the staff and owner are very friendly and so nice to talk to. We will continue to go to them every day for our tanning!!!

At the beginning of the pandemic I called to cancel my subscription and they kept charging me. Months later I called back and they said I should have texted them cause it has to be a written agreement. The most unprofessional place ever!!!
